Last year I started having a problem with spitting/sputtering and cutting out after stopping at stop signs/intersections. The car eventually got bad enough that I parked it for the winter. Checked the timing earlier this year and was off, so I fixed that, put in new plugs and wires and it ran a little better, but not much. Eventually it quit altogether. Towed it home, then figured out it was a fuel issue because the injectors weren't spraying anything when I tried to start it. I replaced the fuel pump and filter. Ran great for a while, then started spitting/sputtering at stop signs and lights again after about a month. Went to work one night and it wouldn't start after work. The temp was below freezing. Went back the next day and it started. Same thing happened again twice; wouldn't start at night when cold, but started again the next day when it was warmer. I figured water in the gas, so I put some Heet in the tank and filled up again. Went to work again and wouldn't start after work. This time it wouldn't start the next day. No fuel from the injectors while trying to start. I don't have a fuel pressure guage, so I disconnected the fuel line at the throttle body and turned the ignition on and fuel came out the line, so the pump is still working. Took of the throttle body and cleaned it up. Still won't start. What should I do next?

Changed the fuel pump again. I wen't by the Chevy dealer and asked the maintenance people about it. They said they don't buy fuel pumps anymore from Schucks or Napa because they had too many problems with them going bad after a couple months. So, I changed it again and it works now.
