My '95 low miles Buick Century 4 door will recycle the electric door locks until I can turn off the ignition. Then it will repeat. If I leave the car overnight, 98% of the time it will not repeat. I usually associate this with a heavy rainfall but I have no visible leaks inside the car. CAN YOU SUGGEST?

Sounds like you definately have some kind of short. The wiring runs through the fron of the door there should be a rubber boot covering the wiring I would start there.
