i have a 1996 ford taurus the service engine light is on i scanned it with the obd 2 scanenr it comes up code 1131 lack of ho211 switch sens indicates lean... help me translate thsi to enlgish please.. what could it be the 02 sensor maybe...

Or a dirty mass air flow sensor... (or other stuff!)
