1997 ford escort 2.0 cooling fan won't stop running! I changed the sending unit is there a fan relay and where?

Everything I read tonight tells me that there is a bad relay in the Integrated Relay Control Module. My fan stayed on when I parked the car tonight while going to the movies. I had to pull fuse to get it to quit.

There should be a relay in the main fuse box or in the engine bay somewhere.
