2000 cavalier everything that runs from the battery works. Everyting running from igintion doesn't. Just replaced both complete lights and turn signals on car because hit a deer. Car ran before replacing these.

it could be the ignition shitch, or a fuseable link.

First is to check if there is power at the ignition switch.
