I have an 06 durango and the AC just quit working. The compressoe started squealing and when I checked, the belt was way too loose, causing the alternator and water pump to not turn as well. I turned the AC off and gradually the belt tightened back up but the AC just squeals and blows hot air. I checked low side pressure and it is around 100 psi static and with the AC on. Does this sound like the compressor or the expansion valve stuck open? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
