i have a 2150 poulan chainsaw that only starts in choke position after pushing priming bulb then stops as soon as fuel runs out of carb put on new fuel pickup but same still happen can anyone help me with this information greatly appreciated

you prime it and it runs but then dies afterward. if you prime it again will it start but quit right after. if so the carb either needs cleaning or rebuilding.
