Our 3 week old 20 inch flat CRT screen Advent TV, when it was turned on, came up with a 6 inch horizontal blue band. Was working fine when turned off last night. Power on/off on remote still works but all other buttons non-functional. all cables still in place & no damage to the feeder cable. Software issue? Hardware issue? User issue?
