Hi all... I'm fixing my son's 92 Taurus with a 3.8 V6. I's leaking coolant near the water pump, between the engine block and a casting that the pump bolts on to. I'm not realy looking forward to doing this job but.... What is this casting? Oreily auto parts doesn't have a gasket for it. I haven't torn it apart yet. How much hassle is this gonna be. Thanx alot for the halp in advance.

Thanks for the welcome Jeffie. After thinking it over for a little while,I came to the same conclusion. Since the power steering pump is shot as well, I might as well kill two birds wth one stone. Thanks...Matt
