Hi all, I have a '93 GMC 1 ton box van with a locked up 350 engine. I'm looking for another engine to replace the old one, using all the same wiring connectors, computer module and everything. I've been told that the 350 engine for that particular van will be found in '91, '92, and '93 years only. I'm wondering what makes these year models unique and different to the other year models. Mine has the throttle body fuel injection. If anyone is familiar with this stuff, please fill me in. Thanks, Ragtimer

a 350 engine is a 350 is a 350 you get the point.. as long as you the same intake and exhaust mainfoids you should be fine.. the only differance might be the type of rear main seal GM I belive used three type/ or should I say design.. your 93 should have a one piece design. again if you use the same intake and exhaust mainfoids you should be fine..
