I have a 94 z28 that i have done alot of work to but it runs rich and stalls after runing a while at idle I did a pressure test everything works execpt for keeping pressure while the engine is off and the regulator is good what do i need to do i even bought new injectors

Have you checked if the fuel pump is ok? You might need to change it as well as the fuel filter.

I put in a new fuel pump and filter I also have tried to just test the engine side of the fuel system and it seems even with new injectors it is still loosing pressure. I think I may jsut have to save up money and take it to a mechanic

Okay, another option: have you checked if the throttle body isn't dirty?

I have not checked the throttle body, can it make it loose pressure?

Oh yes, most certainly so. Dirth and gum accumulation can cause this.
