over the course of 2 days the clutch began sticking to the floor, eventually not coming up at all. at that point, the car became stuck in gear and had to be shut off in order to disengage gear. the clutch fluid reservoir was basically empty when checked and what little fluid was in the bottom was dirty and black. the line was bled at the slave cylinder but when the clutch is pumped to build pressure and then held to the floor, you can feel the air bleeding out without turning the screw. in other words, it feels like there is air leaking in/out somewhere. the slave cylinder moves freely where it sticks out of the tranny--is that normal? any suggestions/tips/ideas are greatly appreciated...
