This is not model specific. For model specific instructions: purchase a Haynes repair manual at auto zone.
The last time I worked on a rear hub there four bolts holding it on. You shouldn't have to remove the control arm or strut. You will have to remove the brakes. After removing the brake drum there are some bolts that hold the back plate to the hub. You should be able to remove the drum brake system as an assembly with the hose connected. remove the four bolts holding the hub on and install the new hub, then put on the brake assembly, brake drum, and then of course the wheel.
