Oil is leaking into the valley on top of the V8 block but beneath the intake manifold. The oil is leaking in the front of the engine and eventually overflows the baffle into the rear (flywheel) half of the valley and into the starter. We cannot find the source of this leak? Help!

Have you checked your cylinders?

The cylinders appear to be fine. There is no openings in the valley to anywhere except the MAP sensor and that doesn't appear to be leaking.

We are really stumped.

this sure is strange. I will keep on searching for you, but have you thought about having a toyota certified mechanic look at it? because this doesn't seem to be a 'regular' problem
