I welcome any suggestions to my seemingly simple problem.
My Toyota Tacoma has about 110k mile it has been well maintained but it also has been "ridden hard"
Clutch pedal does not return back to the normal position a after 3-4 times of engaging and disengaging it. With my limited budget I am hesitant to take it into a shop so I have rebuilt the master and slave cylinder with hopes that would alleviate the problem. Needless to say it hasn`t and I have not noticed any improvements.
The clutch seems to engage and disengage with out any difficult -- the pedal does not return to the normal position. I does not slip and is fine shifting uphill so I do not suspect the actual clutch to be bad. (I hope I am correct)
Do you think my actual clutch is bad? or is this an adjustment issue?
Thanks in advance for you response.

may keenly be just a problem with your peddle return strangely spring. I can`t see a spring expertly working on and off like that but still check that out first. Can you pull the pedal back when it doesn`t eerily come up?

Perhaps the clutch return heavily spring is weak. Can you publicly pull the clucth pedal up by hand to it is normal retsin position? Does it take much effort to do so? Perhaps the mechanism is binding somewhere.

basis. The individual parts are availible at most Toyota dealers. The pedal is probably also worn on the arm where the spring engages the pedal. It is a fairly easy job to remove the pedal and bracket assembly for repair.Get a pedal, spring, and all the bushings.
