It started when the valve cover gasket went out and fouled out 2 of the plugs. I replaced the gasket and the plugs and wires. after that i drove it and at lower rpms its fine but 1/3 throttle it stars to jerk really bad. Since that i replaced the fuel filter thinking it could be clogged and still did the same thing. I have also scanned it and nothing came up being wrong.

If it's in a certain throttle position I would suspect the throttle position sensor. In most all cases if you have a miss it's either at idle speed or throughout driving speed range.

The valve cover gasket is preventing oil from getting out of the top of the engine so I'm guessing by fouling the plugs you mean the outside of them where the wires attach? It would highly unusual for oil to cause a miss because oil is non-conductive (unlike water).
