With everything on the web these days, I can't seem to get any good answers (via Google search) on how to get a really clean looking cut when cutting acoustic ceiling tiles. Had an ice maker leak and need to replace some tiles in a finished basement. I've replaced one tile prior to this and used a utility knife. It looks good (and although not noticeable) it just isn't as clean and sharp looking as the others. Any acoustic ceiling tile cutting tools that can achieve this look?

You took the right approach using a utility knife, make sure that you have a new blade and use a straight edge, do not try too cut too deep all at once, make many small until you are completely through take your time and they will look great.
