Is there a way to repair a broken heating element, I placed my meter across the terminals and there is no continuity.
If it can't be repaired how do I replace it? I have never done this repair before, I have a couple of books but none of the examples look like my dryer.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Carter,

Lexmarks is right, it's just about as easy to replace it, as it is to repair it, and frequently the repair is very short lived.

You'll have to pull the Drum out of the way in either case.
You'll probably find that the Element has broken.
I've hooked Elements back together on a couple of occasions, but they're extremely brittle, and usually fail again at some (near) point.

Might as well just replace it.

Have a good Day !
