My grandmother has an Advent DV2418A TV. The original remote was not working well so she bought a universal one and tried to use, probably pressed a whole load of buttons, before deciding it didn't work and is back to using the original.. However somehow the picture and volume are now messed up. The TV picture is squished at top and bottom, almost like widescreen, and is fuzzy. The volume is very low, but it is at 100 and can go no higher.
My question is: is there a "reset" button or a button to fix ratio or sound?
