I am assuming you have already replaced the window but incase you haven't most Andersen windows are made to replace the whole sash portion of the window. It depends on what kind of window you have. (how it opens) Some can be real easy and others require you to remove the inside trim that is on the inside of the frame.(not the decorative molding around the window) to get access to the retainer clips that hold the sash in place. Let me know if you haven't replaced it yet and I may be able to help more.
