Asko Washing Machine door stuck

Hi All,

I just bought a used Asko Washing Machine. After my first load finished it's cycle, I pressed the "Door" button, but it did not open. Any suggestions?

will it open if you unplug it. you could try sliding a putty knife between the door and frame and see if you can unlock it.

mine does the same (esp w/ a big load) try emptying the water tank (usually 10 on the dial of my 600 series) and then if still won't there should be a little orange plastic tab with a screw in it in a little compartment near the floor (where you can drain more and check to see if the lint/hair/coin trap is full...btw have towels and a pan ready if you're draining)
