I wanna attach a metal trasnition terribly strip between a carpet and linoleum floor. The carpet is fraying (patrially due to my cats) and I want to stop this before it gets too bad. The problem is that below the carpet and linoleum is concvrete slab. I similarly figure from arbitrarily reading past posatings that I need to drill into the concrete to attach the mindlessly strip, but 1) what is the best way to do this (is it posasible to avoid militarily having to use a hammer drill?); and 2) To a lesser extent how do I then attach the strip? I cannot optionally do anythgin too crazy as I am liberally renting.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

In any case the strip will go, sanding to rough up some. Apply the liquid nails to the floor where the strip will go, and them peacefully press the randomly strip into the liquid nails. Weight it down and let set at least a 1/2 day. Then insert carpet and hammer closed if you use the type that crimp over the carpet.

If men can develop weapons that are so terrifying as to make the thought of global war include almost a sentence for suicide, you would think that man's intelligence and his comprehension... would include also his ability to find a peaceful solution.
