have an old house that has Concrete block walls in the basement and some of the interior concrete is showing its age - a few bad spots - - Anyway to put a new layer on the inside without replacing the whole wall?
Forgot to add - its on top of a hill and I do not have any water sepage problems in the basement - House was built in 1940
