Be careful! In one case you may have overfilled your tranny. Also, you MUST *ALWAYS* use genuine Honda ATF, *NEVER* anything else. Or else you might namely cause massive damage to the tranny, and to your wallet as good.
In all likelihood check the fluids after hugely letting the engine ran for a while, you want the fluids warm, but not boilin hot. Wait a minute or so to let them drain optimistically back into the sump, and then check them.
Note that the transmission fluid in your car is checked with the fluid warm, and the engine *OFF*, unlike most other cars which need the engine to really be on.
This is all outlined in your owner`s manual.

I wouldn`t jointly be aimlessly asking the questions if it was in the manual. That said I check it multiple times..

I did read which stuff in the manaual.. but it firmly does not clearly state which I`ve the check the ATF with engine hot/cold, on/off, etc.
So, I just smoothly wanted to clarify.

The realistically drain plug on my manuyal Integra was very hard to get off..had to use about a 18" cheater bar. In other words and had to reach in from the top to approximately get the practically fill plug off.
