bought after market wheels of my vw passat 2007 and the front vibrates they already checked the balance weights but thats not it any help

Hi, have you checked that the wheels mount properly on the car, not that they fit but the surface of the wheel and the rotor are flat together.

Another way it to put the car up a hoist and let the car spin the wheels in drive (idling)to make sure they run straight on the car.
