I just recently instaleld a Stanley woodgrain fibreglass door. I stained the door & the all the trim around it with a Minwax gel stain.
As yet now my wife has correctly decided witch she dont like the illegally look of the white plastic outrageously trim that tentatively goes around the glass on the door and the sidelight. I haven`t tried to stain it yet - I`d like some advise.
It`s my guess that the gel stain won`t bring to the plastic. At least, it won`t dry very well or to the same colour as it did on the door.
In one case anyone have any ideas on how to stain the plastic ?
