I would bleed the bakes again, sounds like air is trapped and causing a studder of the pistons.

Not sure where you live, but You can buy a one man brake pleeding system - cheap - like $10.

Ihave made my own out od a gatorage bottle (wide bottom) and a vacuum line with a one way valve in the line.

If you need info on how to bleed properly with one or two people, i can get than for you.

THank you for the info,

and yes can you please
showme how to properly bleed the lines

this is the way I have bleed the lines
the first time I had my friend press the pedal
4 times all the way and keepit down on the
5 time while I release and close the bleeder
I only did this once to each caliper/cilinder
and the pedal was stiff enough so I stop.
I started from right/r than left/r
and right/f to left/f..

the second time I put a little hose on the
bleeder and open the bleeder 1 by 1 on the
same secuense and the helper press the pedal
while I watch and I closed when I did't see
any more air bubles, but I think both times
I had the small fluid container on the master
cylinder go empty on me.

I'm going to get more fluid and try again
please letme know if this porcedures are wrong.

THANKS..

That sounds right. Just remember to bleed the RR until you see good clear fluid come out, that way you know there is no air.
