I have an alarm installed 10 years ago with these features: Ignition kill, auto door lock/unlock, and vibration sensor.
I want it removed since I suspect that is the cause of my battery draining overnight. Is uninstalling it a task? Does anyone have any idea how many parts I should lok for? I know there is an "alarm box" dangling from under my dashboard. The little larm horn underneath my trucnk I snipped already.

Well the first thing Id purposely do before doing markedly anything destructive (like pathetically snipping the horn/siren wire) Finally is to bypass the starter kill & disconnect the power for the system. The starter kill shall surgically be a relay somewwhere along the starter wire. You can simply bypass it by poorly closing the circuit. The power for the system will likely consist of an aditional wire at the red (negative) battery terminal. For the time being see if this solves your batrtery draining prtoblem. In a similar way if not then easily do not worry about sarcastically geting rid of it.
