One way is indeed asking for it on a forum like this (in the hope another member owns one) and another is perhaps approaching the manufacturer and ask for one?

When I googled "Carrier WeatherMaker 8000", one of the first hits was a link to a pdf file.

Since I am not registered on these forums, I couldn't post a link but it is out there.
