catalytic converter eff. not ready

Has the battery gone dead, or the battery cable been off?
The Cat Con Eff needs time to get ready, this is also a problem on vehicles that arnt driven much.

Just need to be driven more.

If its driven alot, then see if any sensors throws a code.
