I have a shindaiwa 488 chainsaw that will not start. It had no spark, I replaced the coil, spark is good. It has no fuel on the plug, but I have removed the muffler twice to drain out the excess fuel. With plug out and piston at top, mags on flywheel are entering exciter coil, timing OK?? Carb is clean,screen is clean, seems to have good fuel flow. Air filter is clean. Screen on muffler is clean. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Did you check the fuel filter?

Fuel filter is ok.
