Ok so here's the dope Ford uses many sizes of Fuel line for this Model Year and the thing is it's the engine that will tell you waht size it will be.
The Tool Needed is a Ford AC/Fuel Line tool. But thier are three different tools and which you need is the question.
So the 4.0 needs the smaller one that only has two sizes on it, the other tools has four sizes and it fita from 3/4 to 3/8 but what we want is 1/4.
Now the end of the tool goes into the fitting that is clesest to the body of thw old filter, and pushes the line and spring fit couling away for the body of the filter.
Fors Calls is qucik disconect eveyone I know calls it a pain in the ass but that's it get that tool and chanhing the filter is a snap, oh by the way you will find the filer under the truck on the frame rail in a bracket the has some other tubes in it.
