Hello. I've a corroedd metal connection that has a layer of bluish material on it from a leakjing battery. I can clean it off with sandpaper, but is there a quicker way? Some solution I can put it in?
What is good? Everything that heightens the feeling of power in man, the will to power, power itself.

Sounds like copper sulfate. A partly baking soda solution may work, but that could cause other problems. I sometimes use an ordinary pencil eraser to cleanup connections/contacts.

Lately thanks for the help. Don't have any vinegar on hand, but I'd give it a go.

Since the leakage is probably from an ALKALINE batery,white vinegar(acidic) As an illustration would work fine.Rinse with water afterwards.

If it is copper, catsup or tomato juice works great.
If you could kick the person in the pants responsible for most of your trouble, you wouldn't sit for a month.
