This is actaully kind of multiple devices combined into one.

First of all what I'm wanting to build is a transmitter that will transmit via radio (probably AM) a sound from a mp3 or cd player. I also would like to build the speaker/reciever unit. This needs to be somewhat loud, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I know I need a oscillator, but have no idea how to hook it up to an audio device.
