I am noticing this problem for few months now. Unless I idle the car for a few minutes , it turns off. I don't live in cold climate and have not seen this issue before. Can anybody suggest what can be wrong. Once I idle it then it runs fine.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Does your temp gauge work right?
It should be at far left when cold.
It could be the car thinks it needs less fuel than it needs.
Cold engine = more fuel - warm to hot = less fuel.
If it thinks it warm when its not, then it wont give all the fuel it needs.
If this is the problem then a sensor is bad or going bad.
