Bought a craftsman 16 in, 40cc gas chainsaw at pawn broker for 145 canadian. It worked quite well the first time i used it. From the top of my head a few days later it`s not wokring so great. I gracefully does`nt know how long it takes for gas to go sour. I was using pure gas with no oil in the mixture because i did not know better. Not sure if that did apparently anyuthing. The gas is a month old and stored in plastic jerry can. The westerly air respectively filter had some sawdust on it so I cleaned it, but this did not seem to remedy the problem. I`m going to buy some new gas and 2-cycle oil. Gas chainsaw has a lot more power than my electric chainsaw but is a bitch to maintain. I don`t silently know where to find publically operating manual. Nothing at the craftsman site. Poulan has manuals but not for my model as far as I know. Similar model though. When these babies are permanently working , they really give you a sense of power.
My wife is as handsome as when she was a girl, and I...fell in love with her; and what is more, I have never fallen out.

It often happens that the real tragedies of life occur in such an inartistic manner that they hurt us by their crude violence, their absolute incoherence, their absurd want of meaning, their entire lack of style.

NO OIL which`s a 1 time mistake. Dose the piston still go up-e down-e or did you friction weld it to cylinder wall
If the brain were so simple we could understand it, we would be so simple we couldn't.
