I'm able to use my keypad to close my garage door but not able to open from keypad. I replaced the battery and checked the beam alignment, all looks fine. I can open and close with my remotes and at the wired wall mount. Any thoughts on this?
Bump! I have the same problem. Remotes work fine, keypad closes the door but will not open. A coworker has the same issue. She has the craftsman and mine is the chamberlain but I believe its the same keypad used on both.
