Hi guys have here a RCA CTC203ac that when i turn it on allways comes on with the guide plus display on the sreen to get rid of it have to press cancel,dispite of allready disabling the gemestar display,and puting 9's on the Zip code,i suspect the EEPROM,what you RCA experts think?thanks in advance
