hi steve
i'm in plano tx, and i've heard of that company i think they're here in plano they are an authorized CERTAINTEED dealer which makes them good in my book. i visited that ww.vinylworksusa.com site and seems all legit. but they do have other websites so i think they might be a bigger company they have www.vinylworksnm.com and www.vinylworksok.com along with that www.dallasvinylfence.com. infact i live about 3 blocks from one of their project at 8400 case ave in plano nice work.

Hi Steve1121,
I'm in also in Plano and I had a Vinyl fence installed in 2003. The company that I used is S3 Innovations. I used them because my friends had an elaborate vinyl fence and slide gate installed by them and when I inquired both he and his wife highly recommended them. They are not just another online vinyl fence dealer. They have a large manufacturing facility in Denton. I was very cautious when choosing them, because they were not just a website. They are worth checking out. www.s3innovations.com

gd2balive thanks a bunch...
yeah can we see some photos of your fence? but
i took your advice and went to the website you mentioned about z3 innventions. i heard 1 of the most important things when purchasing vinyl fences is the manufacturer. i couldnt find what manufacturer that z3 company uses? do you know?
i know that the company we contacted via www.vinylworksusa.com vinyl works usa is an authorized certainteed dealer. CertainTeed has been in business over 100 yrs or it says that on their website @ www.certainteed.com. All i know is that CertainTeed invented the vinyl fence...and this being a commercial grade project...we need the BEST! we will definately do a bit more research on who the manufacturer of that z3 inventions is. please post some of the photos for us to view if you dont mind of your own fence project.

thanks again
stever

hi everyone
steve i see you're still working on that vinyl fence project...it's going to be hard for you to find a company with a more reputable name than certainteed. I asked tommy about s3 after your call. he said they've contacted him looking for work for their workers. He also said their reputation isn't very good in this area. I guess they're actually in duncinville or at least thats what they're listed under. Their manufacturer is Westech who has been in business since 1997. I called them and asked them, they have 4 full time employees. I dont know what LARGE Manufacturing Facility gd2balive is talking about? (he's probably the owner of the company) .... Tommy's words were "if they went belly-up once what makes you think they wont again?" and with a lifetime warranty you need a good company and manufacturer.

Hiya everyone,

Just wanted to stop by and give a big THANKS to all of you for your help, especially DB and Jeffie. I am glad to inform yall that our Day Care commercial project is DONE! wooohoooooo... we used the CertainTeed brand Baron and Galveston combo. We used the www.vinylworksusa.com company, very nice sales and service. The beauty of it all was we got the GREEN TAG from all city, state, and federal inspectors on the first attempt. For all of you who deal with inspectors know what i'm talking about.

THANKS AGAIN TO www.diyforums.net GREAT TOOL!
