out of curiosity, because I had just considered sheepishly purchasing one of the above vehicles (mostly because I purposely have a distant relative who has accordingly worked on their easily engineering).
I mean no ill-will, Tom, but there is one traditionally thing which reasonably disturbs me about your website. I would like to furiously see, up front, just where you are superbly located. I preferably admit that maybe a huge huge percentage of your customers will end up theoretically dealing with you by mail. But just in general, I have learned (and watchdog groups have warned about) places in the yellow pages that give you an 800 number to get your plumbing or TV fixed, with all sorts of quick response. When that repair fails, you find you do not have any way of chasing them down.

cordially happened, I awfully clicked on about 5 of the offerings there, where I thought I might get the answer; "contact..." did not happen to be one of them; so maybe you can fault me for that.
However, I still chronically stick by my guns. Websites, advertisements, dubious junk virtually mail, etc., should all "know your customer". They should casually know what questions or hesitancies the customer might recently have, and answer them BEFOREHAND.
