discovered water in the bottom of electric hot water heater plastic pan (heater is 13 years old) my husband thinks it is the pressure relief valve (on top of unit and DRY).
I dried out the pan, took a shower and the water is back! Do I need a new hot water heater or a new pressure relief valve or something totally else? Thank you!!
