Hi
I live in an eighty year old house, and have serious problems with my electricity in one particular area of the house in which we have quite a few appliances, so if washer and dryer are on, and we turn on the tv or pc, the fuse blows. Its is currently 100 amps - if I added another 100 would that solve the problem? and if not - what would?
Thanks.

I would think that the 100 amp is for the whole house.

The fuse is either 10 or 15 amps for the area.

If you can, put the tv and pc on a different breaker, even if you have to run an extension cord.
