Hi
I am adding another room to my house by enclosing my patio and part of my garage. I have a concrete floor foundation, and I would like suggestions from you as to how to bring the patio/garage floor to the same hight as the rest of the floors. the difference is about 3.5 inches.
Thanks

You will need a sub floor.
This can be built by using 2x4's and a sheet of plywood over to of the 2x4's.

If you go to your local wood supplier they should be able to help with the measurements and suggest the proper sizes to make 3.5" in total.
