How do you remove a plastic flange from under a toilet

Depends..
Is it in a Slab, or do you have access to the piping underneath it (basement/sub-floor) ?

In any case, you're implying that it's bad, and you want to replace it ?

You can remove the Commode and drill into the pipe around the edge of the flange, perforate it where you can break it out.
Or if you can access the pipe from underneath the Flange, you can cut it out with a Saw.
