From Rickety Stairs To Rocking Stairs

Stairs always seem like a big fixer upper project to me, and one that I have not had the need to do, as of yet.

Rickety stairs have the ability of looking charming from afar, but often the thought of having to climb them is really not that appealing. Although we all probably like a charming stair case, I am just as sure that we would rather make it to the top of the stairs in one piece and on one try, without dying of heart attack on the way… which might just happen to me if I had to climb the stairs in the photo on the left that looked anything but safe, and probably had a sound track full of creeks going when anyone dared to climb them.

The Home Improvement Ninja tackled his stairs very nicely indeed, and from a really run down scary flight of stairs he transformed it into a crisp neat and safe looking way to get to the second floor.
