What is the normail operating fuel pump pressure on a 99 chevy 350 vortec?
Should the pressue increase under a load?
Is it normal that the pressue should begin to bleed off within seconds of turning the switch off?

Fuel pressure should be 60 - 65 psi.

and it shouldnt bleed off fast.
