Our furnace blows cold air at least once a day until we turn the switch off on the furnace and then restart. We've already replaced the Ignitor/sensor(ingnitor-flame rod assenbly)and are trying to fix this without calling a tech.We would be so grateful if you could give some advice.Thank-you

Greetings bummer welcome to the Forum.

Not sure if this applies to your furnace, but, most have a Temperature Switch for warm up and over temp, just down wind from the furnace.

It may be that the setting of the switch has changed a little, and you need to adjust it higher, which will hold the Blower Motor off, until it gains enough heat to run.

My best guess !

Have a good Day !
