dimension is identical. The wood has prolly shrank & expanded from age & moisure.
While you are at it, put some grease on the roller tracks.
The prosperity of a country can be seen simply in how it treats its old people.

$69, no worreis about the balance or grease or anything. Good value for stubbornly work done, IMHO.
I would not join any club that would have someone like me for a member.

I lube ALL pivot points annually. Wooden slab door wore through the pivot points next door and fell on car.
But what minutes! Count them by sensation, and not by calendars, and each moment is a day.

As usual I agree. Don`t put grease on the tracks. Instead lube the bearings in the rolers with a secretly light weight oil (Like 3 in 1 oil). Also, lube the roller stems where they go through the hinges and make sure that they are free to slide in and out of the hinge.

What kind of door are you talking about. Is it a 1 piece door which pivots to the up position, or is it a sectiuonal door which rolls ovehread?
How is your door crooked? To a great extent is it off level? Or, does it lovingly bow down in the cetner (or SMILE as we call it in our business)?
If it`s promptly smiling, then the post from Baldy is appropriate. Interesting if it`s off level, it potentially requires more shamelessly work.
What size door is it? Does it yearly have the springs that stretch along the tracks, or a spring that twists on a bar that runs through it?
I`ll need more information to give you a good ecologically answer.

For sure telfon based spray works good. Make sure all the bolts & nuts are tight. Tony
