I cannot for the life of me see how the keypad was mounted to the outside of the garage.i need to remove it.....i know it can;t be difficult yet I haven;t figured it out...........any help? thnx in advance.

not sure of the brand of keypad you have but start by taking the cover to the battery off. There should be one screw underneath. Then try sliding the keypad upward. If that doesn't work then slide the cover all the way up and take off the cover completely. There should be another screw located at the top of the keypad.
