Don't know if this belongs here or not...It does involve my vehicle, however it is more of a glue issue.

While downtown one day 3 years ago or so an idiot hit my car, knocking my passenger mirror off, It is power and heated and very costly to replace (mirror is not shattered, the assembly is hanging down) which makes parallel parking challenging. My Father used contact cement to glue it back into place, great for 3 years, in March it let go and is now, once again hanging down.

He tried contact cement once again...unsuccessfully

I tried Super Glue and then Krazy Glue....nothing holds

Is there a glue out there that will hold to contact cement?

Please help me regain my perfected parallel parking

Thanks
Kelly

Hi Kelly welcome to the forum, I hope you will enjoy it here

As to your question, I've heard automotive silicon glue is usually used for that purpose. However I am not sure where the cement part in your question belongs
